This is a quick thing I made tonight to use somehow as a spray in TF2, to encourage engie teamwork! Sometimes it is severely lacking. Engies gotta stick together man!
At first procrastination seems like a big problem that will just go away if you stop goofing off, but I learned that it can be a much bigger issue that needs strategization to deal with (and in my case a little therapy :\ ). It hasn’t been an issue for me this semester, at least sort of, but last semester it ended up being crippling. I had to withdraw from some major classes, and, yeah. It was a low point.
Some good came out of that crap-storm I did! These two artist trading cards, which I’m the most proud of out of any I’ve done before. Removing the ones I felt had no meaning at all…I now have six cards total. You know. For the people I’ll never meet who wouldn’t have artist trading cards anyway.
edit: Oh I also forgot that I took these photos before I smudged the t in turn a little bit with my Purelled finger. I was legitimately disheartened because I don’t think I can make the the card the same way again, and it’s a little imperfection…but now it still doesn’t look as nice as it did. Anyway now I’ll always associate that real feeling with the card so…hooray?
These are really really shitty. I am NOT going to upload sketches for every day. I just wanted to for these past few days, but really doing it for every day would just be too many sketches. Fuck that. (I still intend to do them, mind you)
These are kinda neat I guess, except for the bottom left page. That’s the page where I started to get lazy with my sketches, but not so lazy that it resulted in anything so weird it might be neat again like on the bottom right. I also just kind of hate it all.
Hey! I actually found a workable scanning solution! It involves scanning things to a not-my-own laptop.
I was going to work on a comic today but I wasn’t feeling it, instead I did a bunch of myselfs in various positions, trying to take a look at the neck and head when looking around in various ways. I’m gonna shoot for doing two sketchbook pages a day from now on. I’ll need a new sketchbook very soon.
